This time we have a very practical recipe in our Yummy in my tummy column that is also quite easy to prepare and is very popular with young and old.

 

Who doesn't love a deliciously marinated chicken leg?

 

 

Baked chicken

 

Ingredients: 

2 pounds of chicken to your taste

3 oil tablespoons

3 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon of sweet soy asin

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons thyme

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

 

Mix everything well.

Pour this mix over the chicken

Coat the chicken tightly with the sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Coat a 2-liter baking tin with oil and add the chicken and sauce.

Put it in a hot oven at 200 degrees centigrade.

Take it out after 30 minutes.

The sauce can be used as a base for a sauce with rice, potato, funchi* or pasta.​

*Creole food based on corn flour.

But she gave Djispi water in the mouth for nothing because Djispi did not receive a single leg. But we are happy because we understand that this is because of the great distance between us.
